This Privacy Notice for California residents supplements the information in the PDF Doc Privacy Policy and applies exclusively to California residents ("consumers" or "you"). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and other California privacy laws. This notice is an integral part of our Privacy Policy, and terms not defined here or in the CCPA have the meanings given in our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Notice governs how we process your information.

Categories of Information We Collect

According to the CCPA, "Personal Information" refers to any data that identifies, relates to, describes, references, can be associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to a specific consumer, household, or device. The categories of Personal Information that the Company collects (and has collected in the past 12 months) are outlined in the table below:

  • Business partners (for fraud detection, payment calculation, and feed providers, whose feeds are part of our services)

Use of Personal Information

The Company may use or disclose the Personal Information it collects for the following business purposes:

  • To fulfill the purpose for which the information is provided. For example, if you contact us with a question, we will use your Personal Information (e.g., name, email address) to respond.
  • To improve our Installer and Software.
  • For security and fraud detection purposes, and to maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our Installer and Software.
  • To respond to law enforcement requests and comply with applicable laws, court orders, or governmental regulations.
  • As described to you when collecting your Personal Information and as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

We will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use the collected information for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing notice.

The CCPA grants "Consumers" (California residents) specific rights regarding their Personal Information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on your rights
